Director Ambrose Kiplangat Lasoy is a fifth born child in the Family of Six (6). He is an holder of Masters in Project Management and Administration, Degree in Project Planning & Management and Diploma Public Administration. 

Before I lost my sight I had worked with several institutions in the field Human resource management where I gain enough experience necessary for leadership.

Being Visually impaired hasn't been the defining struggle of my life- societal exclusion has. Since 2012, I've witnessed(through other senses) the structural inequities that leave so many marginalized, including individuals with disabilities. The system has often treated disability as an afterthought.

This is why I've chosen to step up, not to be a symbol of pity, but a symbol of possibility. I desire to lead so I can contribute to reshaping policies that include equity, dignity and innovation.

Therefore,in 2014 I raise and fight for my rights from my doors ways and even from the society and initiate several programs towards other people living with disabilities in the Community.
